Paul Tierney set a new Wicklow Way record on 14th May when he ran 13:38:51 hrs for the tough 132km trail course.
The new record, which broke Eoin Keith's three-year record by 7 minutes, follows on Paul's fantastic win in the Wicklow Way 50km Ultra in March.

Paul is now set to join the Irish squad for the IAU Trail World Championships on 9th July in Connemara.
