World Mountain Champion in 50k

Anna Pichrtova, Athens Olympian and multiple World Mountain Running Champion, will contest the World 50km Final in Galway on 29 August.

The athlete from the Czech Republic is the current World Mountan Running Long Distance Champion and holds a marathon PB of 2:32:39.

The Czech Republic will also be represented by Daniel Oralek in the men's race. Oralek ran a PB of 6:58:07 for 100km earlier this year.
