Keith Whyte

A member of the Irish team that finished second in the 2011 Anglo Celtic Plate 100k, Keith ran an excellent 7:28:59 hrs on his debut at the distance. He subsequently won the Donadea 50km, Kildare Marathon and Longford Ultra in 2011 and represented Ireland at both the Trail World Championships and World 100km Championships. Keith was part of the Irish team that finished 6th at the 100k World Championships in April 2012, setting a new PB of 7:25:56 hrs in the process. He subsequently made history by becoming the first Irishman to win the Anglo Celtic Plate 100km in yet another new PB of 7:16:42 hrs. Keith has a blog at http://keithwhyteultrarunning.blogspot.com/.
